PAYGO (Pay as you Go) Reinstated by Obama Administration is Smart Move

President Obama reinstated the PAYGO law whereby Congress can only finance expenditures with funds that are actually available, rather than borrowed. This is an excellent tactic for reducing debt as experienced in the 1990′s.

Citizens are responsible for balancing a budget, and so should our government. Watch the video below and let me know your thoughts in the comments.
