So you want to write for The Christian Dollar? Please do! We can’t guarantee that your article will make it onto the site, but we can promise we’ll look it over.

Requirements for articles:

  1. Must demonstrate a strong grip on the English language both in the article and email request.
  2. Must be between 400 and 1,200 words in length.
  3. You must provide your first and last name.
  4. The articles must not use overly repetitive language for SEO purposes.
  5. The article must be brand new, never posted before on any other website or in any other publication.

Guidelines for articles:

  • Writing that reflects the truth of scripture (references are excellent).
  • Topics regarding life and money.
  • No self-promoting content (you have the opportunity for that in the bylines).
  • Send your article as HTML in the body of your email message.

Here’s what you get:

  • A two-sentence byline indicating your name and website (with one link back to your website). Example: This article was written by John, creator of TheChristianDollar.com. John loves destroying debt and enjoys writing.
  • Attention to your website and the opportunity to meet other writers and readers!

Here’s how to do it:

  • Contact John first and tell him about your website and guest post idea.
  • If you receive word back from John, send your article to his email address.
  • Please be patient as we review your article.

We have a right to:

  • Accept or reject your article/request with or without notice.
  • Edit your article for readability (if your article is edited, you will be informed of the changes made and we will wait for approval from you before posting).
