2. Make a list of the stores you usually shop at in your city on paper. List every place you go to. From auto to grocery stores, write them down.
3. Use Google Earth to locate similar stores and write them down. Be sure to take note of their phone numbers so you can call them later.
4. Put a check-mark by the stores that offer a specific item or service you think you could save money on. Don’t be afraid of challenging your belief that you can’t find better prices. You might be surprised at what you can find!
5. Call each of these check-marked stores and ask them about their prices. If a store offers a variety of products and services, try asking for a specific item’s price or a range of prices on their services. Write all of these down.
6. Make a new list of the best-priced stores. Hopefully you will have found some money-saving places to shop! Enjoy the savings and repeat the process every time you seek out a new store or service.
